These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Craftsman Coded website, the digital build kits we sell, and any optional services we provide. By using our site, buying a kit, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

Craftsman Coded sells downloadable digital "build kits" — playbooks, prompts, templates, and instructions you run yourself with your own tools. We also offer optional done-for-you and custom build services. Any custom work, including deliverables, pricing, and timelines, is agreed in writing before it begins.

License & acceptable use

When you buy a kit, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your own business. You may build, run, and use whatever the kit helps you create, including for commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the kit files themselves, in whole or in part.

Payments & refunds

Kits are sold through a third-party checkout provider. Payments, receipts, and any refunds are handled according to that provider's terms and policies. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our site, kits, and services lawfully. You are responsible for how you use the kits and for anything you build with them.

Intellectual property

The kits, along with the Craftsman Coded name, logo, and brand, remain our property. Your license to use a kit does not transfer ownership of the kit itself. Work you create using a kit is yours.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our kits and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result from using a kit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftsman Coded is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
