Our services
Craftsman Coded designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for contractors and trades businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. We build a free preview before any payment is due.
Payment
Fees, billing schedule, and what's included are described in your written proposal or invoice. Hosting and maintenance are provided on an ongoing basis as agreed.

When you submit our contact form, call, or email us, you agree that we may reply using the phone number or email address you provide, in order to answer your inquiry and prepare your free preview. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our site and services lawfully. You are responsible for the content and materials you supply to us for use on your website.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own your website and domain as described in your proposal. The Craftsman Coded name, logo, and brand remain our property.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftsman Coded is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
