Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Craftsman Coded ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly through our contact form, or by phone or email — such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and any details you include in your message. We also collect basic, non-identifying technical data (such as which pages are visited) to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use your information

To respond to your question about a build kit, a custom build, or support.
To provide and improve this site and the services you ask for.
To send you messages related to your inquiry.
To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email and a private team notification so we can reply to you.

Purchases & payments

Build kits are sold through a third-party checkout provider. When you buy a kit, your payment details are entered on and handled by that provider, and their own privacy policy governs how your payment information is processed. We receive only the information we need to deliver your purchase and provide support — we never see or store your full card details.

Cookies & analytics

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and understand basic, aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data sharing

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as site hosting, our checkout provider, and analytics tools), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below.
